The Yuan Qigong methods systematically improve the amount, the quality and the flow of Qi throughout your body, while gently opening the heart and connecting you with your innate inner wisdom.
My intention is that you’ll finish the day feeling relaxed and inspired, energised and clear, with some simple new tools to integrate into your daily life. It is truly amazing what a difference regular practice can make and this offers a first step.

- Tian Yuan – Gathering Qi (life force energy)
- Di Yuan – Storing Qi
You’ll also learn two key supporting practices:
