With over 30 years of experience as an acupuncturist, I have had the privilege of supporting people of all ages and from all walks of life, working with a wide range of conditions. Prior to this, I worked as a Registered General Nurse for 10 years, which continues to inform and support my approach to health and care.
Over the years, my interest in health and healing has continued to grow and deepen.
I enjoy working together with clients to support their health and wellbeing in a way that is practical, individual, and meaningful. My approach draws on Chinese Medicine, Yuan Qigong, and Western medicine, offering a well-rounded and grounded way of working.
I offer Acupuncture sessions, Yuan Qigong classes, online courses, workshops, and retreats - creating spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, their Qi, and their own capacity for healing and change.
Based in the Tasman region of New Zealand, my work is also inspired by the natural environment. Living and working here supports a way of life that values simplicity, balance, and ongoing growth.
I am dedicated to offering my time, energy, and skills to support others—drawing on many years of experience, and a genuine care for the people I work with.
